The Yellow Cabin
Known as the petite Vacation Home by everyone, The Yellow Cabin vacation rental provides the perfect backdrop for fun and relaxation with a beautiful view of the island’s mountain, Nevis Peak. A typical Nevisian wooden structured home, this charming 2 bedroom home also come with a patio and outside gazebo for dining and relaxing.
Location
The Yellow Cabin, located in the countryside on the Windward side of the island is the perfect retreat for nature enthusiasts and family vacations. Situated at Simmonds Estate, Hanley’s Road, the cabin is just 1/4 mile from the Golden Rock Hotel one of Nevis oldest plantation hotel. Although not located on the beach, the cabin is about 1/4 mile from the Windward Beach and a 15-minute drive to Pinney’s Beach, the most popular beach on the island and the island’s capital, Charlestown. For your convenience there are local supermarkets, variety stores, and churches nearby the Cabin. A police station and health care facility are minutes away if needed.
Amenities
The Yellow Cabin sleeps up to 3 persons comfortably. An air mattress can be requested to accommodate additional guests. The Cabin contains modern amenities including fast Wi-Fi, cell phone for international calls to the US, cable tv, air-conditioning, and a security system. There are televisions in the living room and bedrooms with access to Netflix streaming service. For guests who prefer to eat in, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a small stove/oven, refrigerator and plenty cooking utensils, appliances, plates and cutlery.

Things To Do
Enjoy the island’s delicious cuisines at the Golden Rock, Hermitage and Montpelier Hotels, which are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each hotel hosts its own night of festivities such as Buffet, Caribbean night, dancing etc. For activities, visit Peak Heaven, a historical site that boasts some of the most spectacular views of the windward side of the island. There are plenty of nature hikes, horse back riding and historical sites to visit. Or just relax, unwind and connect at home at the Cabin.
Transportation
The Yellow Cabin is about 15 minutes from the ferry shuttle between St. Kitts and Nevis and 30 minutes from the Vance Amory International Airport. Ferry or Airport pickup and drop off can be arranged. If you prefer to explore the island independently, a vehicle rental is available from Strikers Car Rental at a 20% off discount (just for Yellow Cabin guests). We will arrange all the details for your vehicle rental and have it waiting for use on your arrival.
