Deposit Policy: 
50% deposit before tax and service charge charged at time of booking to secure your dates, and full balance, including government tax and service charge charged 30 days prior to your check-in date, except when noted otherwise for specific promotions or channels.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if you cancel in writing by 4 pm EST at least 30 days prior to check-in date for all dates, except when noted otherwise for specific promotions or channels.

Border Closure Policy:
Should St. Kitts & Nevis’ borders or the borders of your originating country be closed by a recognized governmental authority after the applicable free cancellation window and that closure prohibits your from accessing the Yellow Cabin for the contracted dates, we will work with you to try to rebook for a later date — subject to availability and rates or promotions may be different at time of stay. If no mutually-suitable options are available, all payments paid on account for the booking will be refunded to you less bank transaction fees and will be returned by the same method/provider as received.
